We love your cheesecake! So light and smooth… It has the flavor of a really good quality traditional cheesecake. And personally, I love it because goat’s milk is much easier to digest.

Charlottetown delivers exactly what I’m looking for when sourcing products for the restaurant. The crotin is full of flavor and delivers that mild tanginess that I look for in washed rind cheeses. The chevre is smooth and creamy and packs a mild acidic punch. The ricotta is extremely rich and decadent. All of Charlottetown’s products lend themselves to a wide array of kitchen applications and best of all…..their products are made with love!
